Usta Istanbul is a brand of FUA STRC Yapı, Mühendislik, Havacılık ve Uzay Teknolojileri A.Ş. We consider construction, architecture, renovation, electrical and mechanical systems, building envelopes and energy requirements as parts of the same project.
A small improvement and a large construction programme both benefit from a clear scope. We start with your intended result, the current condition of the site or property and the information available. Design, technical coordination, materials and execution responsibilities can then be discussed together.
From Istanbul, open to international briefs.
Our head office is in Şişli, Istanbul. We welcome enquiries from owners, developers, architects and business procurement teams in Türkiye and abroad. For projects outside Türkiye, the proposed role and delivery model are assessed against the location, local requirements and specific work packages.
