A scope considered within the whole project.

Kitchens and bathrooms combine intensive daily use with a high concentration of technical details. Layout, plumbing, electrical points, waterproofing, ventilation, cabinetry and finishes need to be coordinated. We consider these elements as a complete renovation scope, so that the visible design is supported by appropriate preparation and service arrangements.

What can the scope include?

  • Layout and existing installation review
  • Strip-out, plumbing and electrical coordination
  • Waterproofing and surface work as specified
  • Fixtures, cabinetry and completion details

Before the work begins.

Appliance and fixture choices influence connections, dimensions and installation requirements. The quotation should identify product allowances or exact specifications, responsibility for procurement and the sequence of works. Existing damage or concealed infrastructure may require additional review before the scope can be finalised.

Should fixtures be selected before renovation starts?

Key dimensions and technical requirements should be known early. Final products affect plumbing connections, electrical positions, waterproofing details, cabinetry and the programme for installation.
