A scope considered within the whole project.

Partitions, ceilings and plaster surfaces define the shape and finish of an interior. Their quality depends on the substrate, junctions and coordination with services as much as the visible final layer. We assess the intended use of each area and the condition of existing surfaces before defining the work package for plastering or drywall construction.

What can the scope include?

  • Plaster and surface preparation
  • Drywall partitions and linings
  • Suspended ceiling coordination
  • Junctions, access panels and finishing details

Before the work begins.

Wall height, area, substrate, moisture conditions and the specified system affect quantities and method. Requirements for acoustics, fire performance or wet areas must be established through the appropriate design and product specification. Electrical and mechanical service routes should be coordinated before surfaces are closed.

Can drywall be planned together with electrical work?

Yes. Cable routes, switches, lighting and access requirements should be coordinated before boards and finishes are completed. The final scope identifies which trades and materials are included.
